"Winter nights fall fast enough but even faster in the country."

Story four in Curio, "Christmas Eve," is here. This one contains what are probably my two favorite lines in the whole thing -- maybe not objectively the best, but they made me happy. (I'll put 'em after the cut, so as not to spoil.)


They are: "Oh holy holy. Oh holy moly."
