At We Who Are About to Die, D. W. Lichtenberg describes a new project by Seven Kitchens Press. Basically, if you love an old chapbook that's out of print, you nominate it for republication and then if they take it you write the intro! I would surely abuse this power. "This chapbook," I'd write, "appeared in my dryer with fresh-smelling laundry," or "Once I woke in the night to banging around in my living room. I found the author of this chapbook lying beneath the coffee table."
Unfortunately for me, the few chapbooks I've read are all still in print.
