I really enjoyed reading Kyle Minor's weird, long review of Amelia Gray's Museum of the Weird, out now from the fine people at FC2. It is also a rumination on a Lydia Davis story, and on other things. It's good. You'll like it.
This is at the top of my to-read list. As usual, FC2 is impeccable-- the other book released Monday was a doozy: Lance Olsen's Calendar of Regrets (excerpt here).
Also just out from FC2 (at least, according to the email I just got-- the FC2 page says October 6) is Joseph Cardinale's The Size of the Universe (great story here). If they've published a less than stellar book recently, I haven't noticed.
Yeah, Mike, I also loved Kyle's wild rumination. Here's my best attempt at making sense of Museum of the Weird: http://vol1brooklyn.com/2010/10/25/amelia-gray-lindsay-hunter-on-the-big-ugly/
