Usually if I don't hear back after a couple months I just decide the target was uninterested. Most of the acceptances I've got and given out, though, have happened within a month, so I've always got that in mind.
I am still kind of mad about the one that has had my piece since March of last year. That is crazy. They send me fundraising e-mails and I am like, really?
